คำถามพลิกชีวิตคุณ…

ตอนที่ผมกำลังหาสมัครงานเป็นสจ๊วตเมื่อหลายปีก่อน ก็ได้ค้นหาคำถามต่างๆ ที่น่าสนใจจากอินเทอร์เน็ต ในหัวข้อการสัมภาษณ์เข้าทำงานของลูกเรือในสายการบินต่างๆ แล้วเก็บรวบรวมไว้ และที่ได้มาจากพี่ๆ รุ่นก่อนหน้ากับเพื่อนๆ หลายคนที่ผ่านการเข้าสมัคร และได้รับการสัมภาษณ์จากหลายๆ ที่ เอามารวมไว้ในเครื่อง เพื่อฝึกทดลองตอบคำถามเหล่านี้ไว้ล่วงหน้า ก็มีอยู่นับ 100 คำถามครับ

วันนี้เปิดเจอไฟล์ในเครื่อง Macbook Air ของตัวเอง และคิดว่าจะ “ลบทิ้ง” ก็รู้สึกเสียดาย ก็เลยเอามาแชร์ไว้ในบล็อกดีกว่า เผื่อจะมีประโยชน์กับคนที่สนใจบ้างไม่มากก็น้อย

คำถามบางคำถามอาจจะดูแปลกๆ ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าเขาจะถาม และอาจจะมีที่ทำให้คุณรู้สึกว่า “คำถามนี้คืออะไร?” ผู้สัมภาษณ์เขาต้องการรู้เพิ่มเติมอะไรเกี่ยวกับตัวเรา เราจะต้องตอบว่ายังไงนะ? ถ้าอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่กดดันเช่นนั้น ถ้าหวนกลับไปตอบใหม่อีกที คำตอบในวันนี้กับในวันนั้นอาจจะไม่เหมือนกัน แล้วที่ตอบไปคนสัมภาษณ์เขาพอใจแค่ไหน ผลจึงออกมาเช่นนั้น มันอาจจะถูกหรือผิดก็ไม่รู้ เพราะอาจไม่มีคำตอบที่ถูกต้องในสถานการณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน

รุ่นพี่ๆ ก็มักจะบอกว่า “ตอบสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในใจของคุณเองในบัดดล เมื่อคำถามเหล่านี้ถูกโยนให้คุณตอบโดยไม่ทันตั้งตัว จงพูดในสิ่งที่คุณเต็มใจ พอใจ และรู้สึกดีที่จะพูด มันอาจจะอึดอัดมากถ้าเราไม่ได้พูดในสิ่งที่เราคิดไว้” ผมก็ไม่รู้ตัวเองว่าผ่านมันมาได้อย่างไร ณ วันนั้น

ลองมาดูคำถามเหล่านี้ แล้วลองฝึกคิดและลองตอบดู ถ้าจะให้ดีพูดผ่านหน้ากระจกเงาและบันทึกเสียงไว้ เหมือนเราซ้อมละคร เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปแล้วลองกลับมาฟังคำตอบตัวเอง และลองทบทวนดูว่า มันเข้าท่าไหม ควรปรับปรุงอย่างไร จะได้มีความมั่นใจมากขึ้นเมื่อไปสอบสัมภาษณ์จริงๆ อย่าเพิ่งท้อแท้นะ สู้ๆ ครับ

SIA interview Q&A’s cheat sheet

ตัวอย่าง “คำถาม” ในการสัมภาษณ์เป็น Singapore Girl  เอาไปลองฝึกคิดหาคำตอบซ้อมกันไว้ก่อน จริงๆ แล้วก็อาจจะนำไปใช้กับสายการบินอื่นได้อยู่นะ

มันเหมือนเป็นคำถามง่ายๆ ไม่น่าถาม แต่เชื่อไหม? ในสถานการณ์ที่มีแรงกดดันอย่างนั้น ถ้าคุณไม่เตรียมตัวมาก่อน คงตะกุกตะกักตอบกรรมการไปแบบขาดความมั่นใจแน่ๆ แต่ถ้าคุณเตรียมตัวมาดี ตอบได้ทันท่วงที ฉาดฉาน มีความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง ย่อมทำให้กรรมการพึงพอใจได้ แม้คำตอบนั้นจะไม่ถูกต้องตรงความจริงมากนักก็ตาม
